How the device works:
Two parts to the device
One is a chip that installs directly to the user’s brain
It can read the person’s neurological data and understand their emotions
Second is the wearable device itself that interfaces with the chip in your brain and responds to what it reads
It can take the form of any wearable (maybe it has a base form of a cube or something, then it can transform into an earpiece or watch; whatever is convenient for the user)
Parts of the Brain

The chip should split into tendrils that connect to areas of the brain controlling the 5 senses, emotions (limbic system), and problem solving (can possibly be used to track progress - maybe activity levels here will increase as the user begins to incorporate the advice given by the chip with less prompting)
Chip itself can be attached to the inside of the skull on the side towards the ear
Tendrils should have a bit of slack; the brain tends not to move much inside the skull, but in the case of serious head trauma, it can move and twist significantly
